Hi, I’m Lucy Nichols, an AAT Licensed Accountant and professional bookkeeper with a passion for helping businesses stay on top of their finances. I have many years experience working within the accounting and bookkeeping sector and in 2021, I took a leap of faith and turned my experience into a business, founding LMN Bookkeeping Plus Ltd. What started as just me, working away at my kitchen table, has grown into a thriving company with an amazing team by my side.

I work with a wide range of clients across various sectors, but I specialise in bookkeeping for the construction industry. Understanding the complexities of the Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) means I can take the stress out of compliance, keeping businesses running smoothly and finances in perfect order.

One of the highlights of my career has been contributing to The Bookkeeper Rises, a book that brings together the stories of 35 bookkeepers who’ve built their own businesses. it’s been really inspiring to connect with others in the industry and to  share our experiences and stories.

Outside of work, I enjoy going to concerts with my two daughters, getting outdoors for family walks with Zip our little dog and catching up with family and friends. Life is busy, but I wouldn’t have it any other way!
